We invite abstract submissions that showcase innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and excellence in cleft and craniofacial team care.
Submission Guidelines:
- Presenting author must be a registered conference delegate
- Multiple abstract submissions are permitted.
- Submission deadline: 07th April 2026.
- Abstract length: 250–300 words, English, single-spaced, minimum 10‑point font.
- Maximum 5 authors (Initials followed by surname).
- Abstracts previously published or presented at another scientific meeting will not be considered.
- Systematic reviews and narrative literature reviews will not be considered for scientific presentations; such submissions may be considered only for poster presentation.
- Tables, figures, and photographs are not permitted.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reclassify abstracts to the most appropriate scientific category and presentation format.

- All accepted abstracts will be assigned to either Oral or Poster presentation at the discretion of the Scientific Committee following peer review.
- A subset of high‑scoring abstracts will be nominated for the Best Paper Session.
- The duration of presentations for Scientific Presentation and Best Paper categories will be communicated to the corresponding author in the email notifying the abstract decision.
Notification of Decision:
- Corresponding authors will be notified of the review outcome by 20th April 2026.
- Authors selected for the Best Paper Session will be invited to submit a full‑length manuscript through the Article Submission section.
- Full manuscripts must follow JCLPCA guidelines and be submitted by 30th April 2026.
